Booking a home loan appointment with the right person was cumbersome and timely. On average it took 22 minutes to book an appointment for customers over the phone and in branch. COVID-19 was in it's early stages with lockdowns.


Purpose


Purpose: To connect customers with the right specialist first time. To give colleagues time back to focus on their day to day tasks. To design an omni channel self-service appointment system for new and existing customers. MVP delivery with web as the first cab off the rank.
